LaundryLinx™ is a proprietary, Web-based system that provides students and/or administrators with a customized, easy-to-use way of requesting service.

LaundryLinx™ assures 100% service report accuracy because each request goes directly into Mac-Gray’s service system without any re-entering or interpretation by a dispatcher. This avoids delays common to systems that require e-mails or phone requests to be keyed into the dispatch system. Technicians are automatically dispatched using Mac-Gray’s TechLinx™ system which results in faster response time to problems.

In addition, LaundryLinx™ tracks each service request. Two e-mail notifications are generated when a request is entered into the system. The first is a time-stamped reply with a tracking number acknowledging the service request. The second e-mail notification is sent when the problem has been resolved.
