Laundry Service Requests

Mac-Gray offers three convenient methods to request service:

1. LaundryLinx™

LaundryLinx™ is the fastest way to get your service request to our technician. Our reporting system is fast, reliable, user-friendly and FREE to all Mac-Gray customers.

New LaundryLinx™ Customers - Access requires set-up and a password. To request activation, complete the LaundryLinx™ Registration Form and we'll take it from there.

How LaundryLinx™ Works

Mac-Gray's proprietary technologies, LaundryLinx™ and Techlinx™, work in conjunction to provide customers with a direct link to our service technicians in the field. Each service request goes directly into Mac-Gray's service system without manual re-entry or dispatcher re-keying or interpretation. Technicians are automatically dispatched using Mac-Gray's TechLinx™ system, which results in the fastest possible response time. LaundryLinx™ also tracks each service request and generates two separate e-mails. The first lets the customer know that the service request has been received. The second e-mail lets the customer know the service technician has arrived and addressed the problem.

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
