Mac-Gray's proprietary technologies, LaundryLinx™ and Techlinx™, work in conjunction to provide our customer with a direct link to our technicians in the field. Each service request goes directly into Mac-Gray's service system without any re-entering or interpretation by a dispatcher. Technicians are automatically dispatched using Mac-Gray's TechLinx™ system, which results in faster response time to problems. LaundryLinx ™ also tracks each service request and generates two separate emails letting the customer know that the service problem has been resolved.
