LaundryView™ helps residents manage their time more efficiently. As a Web-based system, LaundryView™ allows them to monitor the status of washers and dryers in connected laundry rooms – from any computer with Internet access. Residents may also receive notification via e-mail, PDA or cell phone when a machine is free, or their laundry is done. LaundryView™ also can graphically display the past two-week’s usage of a particular laundry room so residents can avoid peak usage times.

With LaundryView™ detection of equipment problems is automatic and alerts are sent to Mac-Gray. This minimizes the telephone calls administrators have to make and optimizes laundry room efficiency. Each LaundryView™ machine tracks its own status and automatically sends out notification when it has failed. A text message is dispatched electronically to a service technician and within minutes the service request is added to the technician’s to-do list.
