TechLinx™ provides an immediate, direct link to Mac-Gray technicians in the field – wherever they may be. The system features automatic dispatch technology, technician assignment, service van inventory tracking and scheduling of appointments – all to provide optimum allocation of resources in the field.

Service requests, in the form of text messages, are sent directly from the Mac-Gray server to technicians’ Nextel phones, assuring immediate communication and the fastest possible response. Those who are out of their trucks servicing a request are made aware of other service issues as they occur.

For requests made via the Internet, TechLinx™ enables customers to be notified from the laundry room site as soon as the problem has been corrected.
